Privacy Policy

School Days Calculator is designed to be private by default. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. We do not require an account and we do not collect personal information.

Your settings

If you use the save feature, your calculator settings (dates, weekend selection, holidays, teacher workdays, and vacations) are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never sent to us. You can clear them at any time with the Reset button.

Shareable links

When you use Share, the start and end dates are placed into a URL you choose to copy and share. No other data is included.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which features are useful. Any such analytics avoid collecting unnecessary personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
